The purpose of this challenge is to provide you with a structured meal and training plan, along with support and habits, to help you shed weight, tone, and shape your body before summer.
You’ll also learn about nutrition and how to fuel your body with delicious, healthy foods. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, and you'll discover this with all SinaFit’s meals. By the end of this challenge, you’ll feel better, healthier, and lighter than when you started.

Prize Rules:
Effort & Consistency
The winner will be selected based on the most effort and consistency during the 6-week challenge, not just on weight loss.
Weekly Tags
You must tag @sina.fit on Instagram in at least one meal and one workout story each week.
Regular Weigh-Ins
- Must enter your initial weight at the start of the challenge and weigh in every 2 weeks until the end.
Progress Photo
Must upload photos every 2 weeks and tick the box to ‘share with your trainer’
Photo Tips
Attire:
Females in shorts and crop top, bikini, or underwear; males in shorts and shirtless. If you're wearing high-waisted shorts or pants, roll them down for the photos.
Views: Include front, side, and back views.
Background: Choose a simple, clutter-free background if possible. Avoid taking selfies—using a clean space is best!
Consistency: Use the same space and lighting for each set of photos to see your progress clearly.
If You’re Alone: If you don’t have someone to take the pics, try what I show you in the video—take a video of yourself in front, side, and back views, then screenshot the key frames. Alternatively, you can use your camera’s timer (10 seconds usually gives enough time to set up).
